LAB

Newspaper for a collective of fashion designers: A-Forest Design, Lara Torres, White Tent, Vítor and Ricardo Andrez. Together they provide different interpretations of fashion which are not weighed down by the leveling forces of the market. Supported by the combination of artistic languages, their interpretations subvert materials and change stereotypes. 

Their intent was to have a publication which stood out from the average fashion magazines. Most importantly, they wanted something that could fit each of their individual work and still have a consistent look. A simple pattern was used both for the cover (seen through transparency) and the backcover of the newspaper, thus giving it an identity.  

First journal was published in 2009 and the second journal in 2010, both for Lisbon's Fashion Week.
